Carol-Beth Book, Ph.D.
MANAGER
Carol-Beth holds a BS in Biology from Bucknell University and a MS & PhD in Pharmacology from Penn State. She has a multitude of experience in various teaching, volunteering, research and administrative positions. As the manager of cb3 Solutions, Carol-Beth oversees the current and future ventures.

Brian L. Book, P.E.
ENGINEER
Brian holds degrees from Bucknell University and Penn State. He has over 30 years of experience in environmental and chemical engineering to serve municipalities big and small across central PA. As the lead engineer for cb3 Solutions, Brian works directly with clients to find the best solutions for them.
